Your headphones and speakers are attached to the same device internally, so the "Speakers" device refers to your internal speakers as well as the headphone jack. The driver in device manager shows 'Realtek USB Audio' It has the microphone boost option which allowed me to boost my input about 20 to 30db, but it came with new issue: I have horrible. Built in speakers? Is this a laptop? I don't recall that Realtek will show "headphones" as a separate device, it shows the jacks that your computer has, as well as any electronic devices you have installed.
